1-2 B-value: B=3977K (tolerance=1%)
1-3 Thermal dissipation constant:3mW/
1-4 Thermal time constant(63.2%):20s(in air)
1-5 Operating temperature range: -40 to 100

Reliability test
2-1 High temperature storage test
Leave the specimen in atmosphere of 100 ±2 for 1000h ±12h.
2-2 Low temperature storage test
Leave the specimen in atmosphere of -40 ±3 for 1000h ±12h.
2-3 High humidity storage test
Leave the specimen in atmosphere of 40 ±2 and 90%RH to 95%RH for 1000h ±12h.
2-4 Thermal shock test
Perform 100 cycles with -30 ±3(15min)≈85±2(15min) as one cycle.
2-5 Resistance to soldering heat
Immerse 3mm ±0.5mm from termination to 250±5 melted solder for 2 seconds.

After the test in above items 2-1 to 2-5, the rate of variation for resistance(R25) shall be within±3% to the initial value, and B-value shall be within ±2% to the initial value.
